Weddings

  • We can do the entire wedding planner if you wish or we can simply advise and recommend the best one’s suppliers for what you need to do, you even decide how you want to do it. We are a company that has everything organization, catering and material, decoration department, in short, an integral organization and management of events and weddings where we like to take care of every detail as we give our best.
  • It can be an integral service of the whole wedding or event with our organization or just catering and what you need from our services, you choose.
  • If the idea is that we take care of everything, we will plan and design the whole event, we will start with the conceptualization of the event, we will provide you with a place as we have several exclusively or we will look for the one that best suits your needs, we will create the menu to measure, we will produce the staging and we will be there the day of the event to coordinate that everything is as we have planned.
  • Of all types, with more than 15 years of experience, we have adapted to the trends and new limits after each season, weddings of few or many guests, of several days, different themes, with much formality or more informal, but always fun where our national or international clients have always been the most important.
  • We offer you, we search and select places with the best conditions to realize the idea you have in mind, we will send you a proposal of the cost of renting the space, catering service and if you want the integral organization another one of conceptualization of the space.
  • We will have a personalised appointment to share ideas, preferences and doubts, in our offices in person or if you are not in Mallorca we will do it by phone or video call.
  • Once the date and place have been chosen with an initial budget proposal, the contract will be signed.
  • We will start working together on the tailor-made project with our teams to resolve doubts, recommendations and clarifications, until we have a final project and a closed budget.
  • We will organize a gastronomic meeting where we will talk about everything related to the catering and we will make a personalized proposal with your opinions and the recommendations of our gastronomic team and we will propose the menu test and the day.
  • After that, all that remains is to start confirming and closing all the games.
  • Two thousand Euros 2,000€ (2,000€ plus 10% VAT), as a reservation for the celebration of the event. This payment is non-refundable, in consideration of the management services prior to the celebration of the event, the exclusivity and date reservation for the celebration of the event.
  • Two thousand Euros (2,000€ plus 21% VAT), by way of reservation of the rental of the property where the event is to be held as it is for the exclusive use of AMIDA. This payment is non-refundable, in consideration of the reservation of the property, and AMIDA is obliged not to offer the property to any other client for the celebration of events on the agreed date.
  • The payment will be made by bank transfer to the account number that appears in the contract and the CLIENTS must specify in the concept: name of the bride and groom, date and place of the event. For clarification purposes, these non-refundable payments will be considered as payments on account of the total price of the contract if the event is held.
  • In the event that, according to the estimate, there is a contract with suppliers of additional services or materials that require payment by AMIDA during the preparation of the event, an invoice will be issued to the client as payment on account for said services to be paid within a maximum period of – days from its receipt by the CLIENTS.
  • At least 20 days before the date of the event, the full price must be paid by transfer to the aforementioned account number. In any case, the payment of the reservation for the celebration of the event, the payment of the reservation for the rental of the property and, if applicable, the payments on account described in section b) will be discounted. If the payment of the price is not made within the period described, AMIDA will not be obliged to provide the services, and the event will be considered cancelled by the CUSTOMERS.
  • In our estates exclusively, the catering service and material will always be carried out by us, for the project we will always use our collaborators, in case you are interested in another supplier you will have to indicate it to us, we will contact him and we will value it so that we always maintain our quality standard.
  • If you hire us as a caterer, the material will always be obligatory, everything else is not.
  • If you have contracted a Wedding Planner, no problem, we will make ourselves available to you, we will send you our collaboration agreement for organising companies, so that they know how we work and from there we will only talk to them.

Events

  • We organize all kinds of events that are proposed to us, we adapt to each case. We are a catering, material and decoration company, with a department of integral organization of events. You can hire the whole organization or just the catering.
  • If it is for a private or company celebration we can provide a complete service. If it is for MICE, we will join your team to provide the catering and material service together with all our help and collaboration in all the services we offer or need.
  • If the idea is for us to take care of everything, we will plan and design the whole event, we will start with the conceptualisation of the event, we will provide you with a place as we have several exclusively or we will look for the one that best suits your needs, we will create the tailor-made gastronomic offer, we will take care of the production of the show together with our collaborators who will meet the different requirements to guarantee the right budgets and quality standards.
  • Of all types, with more than 15 years of experience, we have adapted to the trends and new limits after each season, small, large or very large events, of one night or several days, with different themes, private or company celebrations, inaugurations, car presentations, congresses of several days, with a high level of protocol or more informal events, but always organised, fun where our national and international clients have always been the most important.
  • If you do not have your own space or if you have contracted space, we will look for and select one with the best conditions to carry out the event. We will then send you a proposal of the most suitable catering service for the event and the cost of the space.
  • In a first meeting, we can visit the space to share ideas, preferences, doubts and budget options. You can also visit our offices or we can go wherever you want. If you are not in Mallorca, we will make a phone call or a video call.
  • Once the date and place have been chosen with an initial budget proposal, the contract will be signed.
  • We will start working together on the tailor-made project with our kitchen, production and service teams, we will resolve any doubts, recommendations and clarifications, until we have a final project together with a closed budget.
  • 10% of the initial budget will be paid as a reservation for the event. This payment is non-refundable, in consideration of the management services prior to the celebration of the event and the exclusivity and date reservation for the celebration of the event.
  • 50% of the total price of the rental of the property will be paid as a reservation for the rental of the property where the event will be held, as it is for the exclusive use of AMIDA. This payment is non-refundable, in consideration of the reservation of the property, and AMIDA is obliged not to offer the property to any other client for the celebration of events on the agreed date.
  • The payment will be made by bank transfer to the account number that appears in the contract and the CUSTOMERS must detail in the concept: name of the customers or company, date and place of the event. For clarification purposes, these non-refundable payments will be considered as payments on account of the total price of the contract if the event is held.
  • In the event that, according to the estimate, there are additional service or material suppliers that require payment by AMIDA during the preparation of the event, an invoice will be issued to the client as payment on account for such services to be paid within a maximum period of – days from its receipt by the CLIENTS.

Catering

  • Normally before preparing a personalized proposal, we send you some standard ideas similar to the concept you are suggesting, so that you could see an initia idea from where we can start to create something tailored. 
  • In these proposals it is always important that you get to the end, where you will find the budget and conditions slide, where the service, drinks, duration, transport, etc.and all conditions  are detailed.
  • The space is not included in the proposals, which if you need, we will send you the price separately.
  • In each standard proposal, you will find in the conditions the details and the generalized transport. In custom proposals, it will always be indicated in the conditions and may vary according to the place and needs of the event.
  • Of course, each event is different and there are almost never two similar events. In the event that you know what you are looking for, it is best that you provide us with the following information in order to create something tailored: date, space, number of pax, type of service, duration of the event, gastronomic style and budget.
  • We can do any type of cuisine, we love challenges and there is no food style that’s resists to our chefs.
  • We are based in an author Mediterranean kitchen style. We have standard menus to provide you with some ideas and these ones will be used as a guide.
  • We will listen to all your thoughts and prepare a balanced proposal with all the details that you suggest. We adapt to the number of people and type of event that we have to carry out. Even if you have a proposal that is for a minimum, it can be done anyway, only the price will be valued again.
  • The prices indicated are always without VAT. VAT for F&B services is of the 10% to add on top and rest of services 21%.
  • Of course we do!, as long as they have all the necessary guarantees and permissions.
  • On the one hand there is the catering proposal and on the other hand, the cost of the space. For the rest of detals, we will send you the prices and contacts of our partners so that you can contact them directly to solve any doubts.
  • Of course yes! In all the proposals we include material, the one that Amida decides in each of the. This is always specified in all our proposals.
  • Food and wines can be modified according to your liking. You have them included in each offer but you also have a wine list in case you want to value other options. If the wine you want is not on our menu, do not hesitate to contact us, and do not worry about the quantity, we will always have it available and each offer includes the necessary quantity so that the day of the event is not missing. In the event that you provide us with the wine, we will deduct € 1.00 per type of wine from the menu price.
  • The open bar beverage package is fixed as we include a wide variety. You can add bottles according to your liking adding price per bottle, and don’t worry about the quantity, we will always have available and the quantity necessary for the contracted service.
  • The staff menu is only for the suppliers that you consider, such as photographers, video, musicians … it is the same menú selected but with special price. For our coordination staff, waiters, cooks or logistics team that will be on the day of the event, Amida will take care of them.
  • As an initial scheme you can consider that the most important points are: First the place. Second the event package. Third the extra furniture to decorate according to your liking. Fourth the flowers. Fifth the music. Sixth transport. But for your peace of mind, we will help you with each and every one of them.
  • The ceremony set up is not included. We put at your disposal our extensive catalogue in case you need material.
  • For the cocktail and the disco you will always have your bar and high tables for the comfort of the guests. But also, you will have at your disposal an extensive catalogue to choose the table style to your liking. Within the price there will be different chairs, tablecloths, glassware, kitchenware, etc. Even apart, there will be seasonal advances and a Premium line for those who want something extra.
  • There is always a maitre on site coordinating the timing of the event according to what we have scheduled. But also, we offer a coordination service for those couples who get married and are looking for a more detailed coordination.
  • Due to our high quality standards and level of service, Amida doesn’t manage weddings in a way that is not comprehensive, since we like to take care of every detail until the end of the party.
