The Santa Catarina Winery, located in Sencelles, Mallorca, is a historic and charming destination for weddings and special events. Founded in 1984 by Swedish winegrower Stellan Lundqvist, the winery is known for introducing noble French grape varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Syrah to the island.

In the 1980s and 1990s, Santa Catarina stood out in the local market for the quality of its wines. After a temporary cessation in 2002, Lundqvist's children resumed the project in 2014, replanting the vineyards with native and Mediterranean varieties and building a new winery in Son Aloy, with advanced technology.

Since 2020, Santa Catarina has produced two ranges of wines: Mallorcan monovarietals of native varieties and Mediterranean wines that combine local grapes with others adapted to the island's climate.
